Nov 2014 Expedition Medicine Course
Four enjoyable days helping deliver a course for 25 medical professionals at the Expedition Medical Course course in the Blue Mountains. ESS presented on expedition planning, comms, first response and set up a search and rescue training scenario.

Feb 2014 NHK Japan film crew in Kanangra Canyon
ESS is supporting a film crew from NHK, Japan’s national broadcaster while they make a doco on the geology and nature of Blue Mountains Canyons. Director of Photography Hidekazu Sasaki gets a long shot of the canyon film crew on the first two abseils of Kanangra Main canyon.
